I arrived April 16, 2024 and spoke with a lovely gentleman named Milan. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Milan showed me how to use the keypad, walked me to my unit, explained the paperwork to me as it was my first visit, and was patient while I asked any questions for clarification. I would definitely recommend coming to this location and speaking with Milan to get your storage unit. The location was clean, secured with video surveillance, and I felt comfortable leaving my items in the unit.

Great customer service, easy to sign up or cancel your membership at any time. Lot/storage area is always kept clean and feels safe and secure. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is need of storing anything. :)

I loved our time with Access storage and Milan at the 2444 Shirley location! It may have been a short time with them, but they treated us with very much respect and gave us all the information needed with amazing customer service. (:

I have never had an issues at all using this storage facility. I was here for about 2 years. Each time I needed to talk to staff, they were able to assist me without issue. Definitely would recommend this location
