I recently rented a unit here, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The facility is impeccably clean, with well maintained units and spotless common areas. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Their professionalism and welcoming attitude made the process of renting and moving in smooth and stress-free. The security measures in place also give me great peace of mind. Overall top notch service and a pristine environment, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of storage solutions.

We rented a storage unit from Access Storage - Highland during a home renovation. Initially our thought was to rent for a couple of months but due to the pandemic, our renovation went sideways and we had to leave our things in storage since 2021 to now (March 2023). We are glad we chose Access storage. Getting a unit was a simple and easy process - access anytime was easy with a door/gate code. We had a tour of their clean and spacious facilities and were given the option to choose a unit on any floor. We picked the second level - any level would have been great. The elevators are quite large and they have carts/dollies that you can use for free and help you load and unload quickly. The unit itself was clean and heated steadily and every time we visited the unit, we always found the facilities very clean, dry and well-lit. We paid for insurance monthly just as a precaution but we are happy to report all our items were in perfect condition when we finally emptied the unit. I was surprised by how litttle dust it accumulated and zero zero critters. We definitely recommend Access Storage - Highland 100% and will keep them in mind for any future need.

I have made several moves over many years, however, the storage access and amenities at this location, are the best I have ever used. Very clean with lots of available trollies and easy elevator access. The aisles are wide and well lighted, lockers are clean and roll up doors are smooth to operate. Three wide truck bays with one bay being dedicated for commercial dock height vehicles, if so required. What makes this experience so special is the care and attention and personalized serviced from Maylen (Store Manager) and her dedicated staff. I have given Maylen, her staff and location five stars.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry with clear, straightforward information. The Access reservation and rental procedures were simple and efficent. I appreciated the transparency regarding fees, unlike another storage facility I checked out; the other facility advertised low monthly rates, but by the time a multiplicity of extra fees were tacked on, the actual rates were much higher. We have been very happy with Access.
