Great customer service, they answered all my questions and made the rental process smooth. The staff and specifically the manager Maylen were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage unit. The facility was spotless, and the units were easily accessible and they have a range of unit sizes to suit different needs. I would definitely recommend this storage unit to anyone needing extra space.

Amazing experience with Access storage. I lost my keys the day before I was moving out of the country and Meylan helped me with storing my stuff and moving it into my own unit. I couldn’t be more grateful! Great customer service!

Very clean facility and friendly staff! Took the time to answer all of our questions and were very helpful. Great deal on right now also! Ask about the 4 weeks free (after a ($28 deposit).

Maylen and Sri were very helpful in helping me select an appropriate size of storage for my belongings.They were both very polite and accommodating. Everything was clearly explained along with any options. The site itself is very clean, heated , and organized.Looking forward to utilizing their services at this site. Would definitely recommend this facility.
