Access Storage - Highland

We used Access Storage while selling our house and preparing for our move. It was a very positive experience. We received two months free. After that the rates were reasonable. The facility is very clean and safely lit and well laid out. It’s easy to access your unit during open and closed office hours. Even when staff are not on site, there is 24 hour surveillance. Doors are timed and auto close to ensure no trespassing occurs. There are plenty of carts available to transport items in and out. The staff are personable and helpful. We no longer have a need for a storage locker, but if we do again, we will definitely be returning!

Fabulous place to store your items! The facility is always clean, has easy access, secure and the staff is amazing! Always greeted with a welcoming smile and Hi no matter who is working. They are knowledgeable, friendly, take the time to find out what your needs are and will help you pick out the right storage unit. They do regular checks making sure the facility and all units are in good order. Communication is great! I have recommended this location to others. I will be coming back if I need a storage unit again. Thank you for making my experience wonderful and easy.

Very well though out new building. Quality carts, clean throughout, functional bays, and the staff were amazing. They made the process super easy, and we're extremely friendly. As a realtor using this for my own move, I'm going to recommend this location to anyone who needs it.
