Always a great experience at any access storage!
These guys were great, even though my move in was a bit hectic and I missed business hours to get my code when I first moved to the area, they tried their best to assist me. The general manager is great, the maintenance staff is great and the front desk is definitely amazing.
It was my first outdoor location and it was great, I just needed to move out because I needed to get a unit closer to family. I think the price was good and everyone was helpful with assistance on billing and any other questions I had.

The VIDEO - For Size Guide - is SO HELPFUL!! The phone agent was so helpful and genuine - answered questions before I knew I had them. Gave me great advice on a unit. No up-sell! No pressure. Impressed!! So far, so good.

I went to take my equipment out of storage because my 8 week deal (which was amazing) was over. Nicole Near was the manager and was awesome. She got me into a slightly smaller unit that still worked for my equipment. And another awesome deal for another 3 months. Thank you so much Nicole

Easy to rent, first 4 weeks free was great. Had to rent longer than expected and ultimately a second unit but had no trouble reaching someone by phone to help with that process. Easy access anytime and very well maintained.

From the minute I went in to visit the CSR at Access on Hayward I have received amazing service. Information was clear and conscise and as promised when I first went in, the transition from a 5 x 10 to a 10 x 10 locker was quick and seamless. The property is nice and clean. Security features make you feel safe. Thank you Nicole, Jenn and the first CSR I had contact with, keep up the great work. Customer service of this level is very rare....have a great summer.
