Needed a safe and effective place to store some important things, Access Storage is the best saviour. Mel was very thorough with the documents, helpful and funny too, which gave an overlook insight on what all to be kept in mind and our responsibilities and understanding with them. She was very helpful with understanding the process and made me feel very secure that my belongings would secured at the right place. Just want to give a thanks to Mel for doing his best to understand my moving situation and offer help and support. I also happens to meet Gloria as well, she was the most sweetest person she made me feel like that I know her from long time. It was great talking to Mel❤️ and Gloria❤️, keep up the good support you provide guys, really 10/10 for the help and service you provided. The place is way too clean and rules that to be followed.👍👍

Riley was super helpful in explaining things! They were also very accommodating to mobile challenges, suggesting different options - even if those options included looking into a different location. They were patient when explaining our options, the rules, and how the facility works, despite us needing multiple explanations to understand. They helped set us up and were professional yet accommodating when the need for a support person to be able to help communicate decisions on behalf of the unit holder was brought up.

I needed a safe and secure space to store my car while home for summer, and this site was the best. Riley was amazing! Extremely understanding and positive throughout all of our interactions, both in person and via email. All explanations about the site, contract, and everything else were thorough and informative, turning a typically boring process much more engaging!

Melissa is the girl to talk to at Access. She was so sweet and understanding and patient with all my questions. She explained everything in regards to payment and all the details that are involved in renting a unit with clarity. I highly recommend anyone renting from Access to talk to Melissa
