I received exceptional customer service today from Mary while renting a storage unit. She explained everything in great detail, has excellent communication skills, made me feel very welcome and even called to confirm and make sure that the access code worked. I highly recommend access storage. I've rented from multiple locations and never been disappointed. Thank you for all your help.

Needed a safe and effective place to store some important things, Access Storage is the best saviour. Mel was very thorough with the documents, helpful and funny too, which gave an overlook insight on what all to be kept in mind and our responsibilities and understanding with them. She was very helpful with understanding the process and made me feel very secure that my belongings would secured at the right place. Just want to give a thanks to Mel for doing his best to understand my moving situation and offer help and support. I also happens to meet Gloria as well, she was the most sweetest person she made me feel like that I know her from long time. It was great talking to Mel❤️ and Gloria❤️, keep up the good support you provide guys, really 10/10 for the help and service you provided. The place is way too clean and rules that to be followed.👍👍

During my initial call to book my storage I was pleasantly surprised with the special pricing in place, how flexible this business is and how well I was treated. Upon arrival at the Kitchener East location Gloria was just as welcoming and very knowledgeable. Solid units, excellent security and easy come/go access and such great service! Awesome Canadian company!

The staff here were super helpful when we needed some extra storage. They had a good promotion which made it affordable! Finally when we were moving our month end was one day before we took possession of our new home. The staff were kind of enough to allow for an extra day with no charge! Thank you!
