Fantastic customer service experience over the phone and in person. Kathy C. was beyond friendly and helpful. She took the time to clearly explain all the details of the rental and gave us a tour of the facility to show us how everything works.

Location is clean, secure and easy to access. Fantastic staff. Kathy and Chantel listened to my needs and made sure that I got exactly what i was looking for by patiently taking me through all my options and were extremely transparent about pricing. Ended up with a locker that fits all my needs within my budget.

The people at access Storage are very friendly and easy to work with. Storage is not that complicated, or at least they make it feel that way, and now that Iām set up I have free access to my unit anytime.
