Needed a safe and effective place to store some important things, Access Storage is the best saviour. Mel was very thorough with the documents, helpful and funny too, which gave an overlook insight on what all to be kept in mind and our responsibilities and understanding with them. She was very helpful with understanding the process and made me feel very secure that my belongings would secured at the right place. Just want to give a thanks to Mel for doing his best to understand my moving situation and offer help and support. I also happens to meet Gloria as well, she was the most sweetest person she made me feel like that I know her from long time. It was great talking to Mel❤️ and Gloria❤️, keep up the good support you provide guys, really 10/10 for the help and service you provided. The place is way too clean and rules that to be followed.👍👍

I recently rented a storage unit in Kitchener and had a very positive experience. Mary was wonderful she helped me a lot throughout the process and was very friendly and professional. The manager also assisted with the rental process, making everything easy and efficient.
They guided me through the paperwork clearly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Thanks to their help, I was able to get the exact storage unit I needed without any hassle.
Overall, it was a great customer service experience, and I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for storage in the Kitchener area.

Very satisfied with Access Storage on Victoria Street!! This was my first experience renting a storage unit. The guy who I talked to first on the phone was friendly and very helpful - he looked at different options to get us the best storage unit and price. I then received a friendly welcome call from Gloria and she was lovely to work with. She showed me around the unit and answered my many (dumb) questions. We rented for 12 weeks and it was a huge help during our move. Gloria helped during my few trip to the office. I felt like my belongings were safe there the whole time, which eased some of my stress! I've already recommended them to friends! Thank you Gloria!

Mary O the assistant manager was absolutely amazing and so helpful!! She even helped us out when we came early to the store front and she opened for us to see a few units and was such a pleasure to chat with and gave all the information we needed! Highly recommend!! Excellent experience all around. The gentleman who set me up was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Highly professional. The unit is clean and the entire access protocol has been seamless so far. Highly recommend 👍🏼
