Excellent service and experience at Kitchener Northward on Maple Avenue! We were met with warm, friendly and helpful assistance from Kathy. She went above and beyond for us, making the entire process easy and stress free. The space was very clean and secure. I felt very confident that our belongings were safe the entire time. It is evident that the cleanliness and security of the facility is paramount to the staff that work there.

From the get-go Access Storage was an absolute gem. The reserve centre was flawless, the process couldn’t have gotten down smoother explaining each plan and each deal to your particular situation to really ensure you’re taken care of was really a breath of fresh air. Coming in person, somehow it got even better with Kathy and Nicole second you step in you’re welcomed with a very warm and inviting vibe and ends with nothing but smiles. The storage facility is super clean, 10-10 and the staff is very accommodating. If you’re in the market for storage look no further!

Every time we have interacted with Kathy for help regarding our unit she has been outstanding in not only her helpfulness but also her kindness. If you need to store things in the KW area, this is the place to be - it is clean, safe, and the people are fantastic.
