We had a great experience with Access Storage on Maple Ave. Kathy was extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly and the unit was clean and dry. The ambulance drivers who share the Access lot were also helpful :)
An accidental overcharge was handled quickly and cheerfully. Highly recommend.

One of ACCESS STORAGE’s biggest assets is Assistant Manager, Kathy Callahan at the Maple Ave. site in Kitchener. She is very welcoming and provides a lot of helpful information to make your arrival, stay and departure easy. Kathy is also a problem solver who shares her knowledge and experience to help resolve any issue or problem you may encounter at the storage facility.
I rented a 10’ x 30’ storage unit that has 3 doors but I could only open one door to access my belongings because movers piled the items too high in front of 2 doors which then could not open. Kathy explained and helped me to resolve this issue making a stressful situation and day better. Thanks Kathy!

From the get-go Access Storage was an absolute gem. The reserve centre was flawless, the process couldn’t have gotten down smoother explaining each plan and each deal to your particular situation to really ensure you’re taken care of was really a breath of fresh air. Coming in person, somehow it got even better with Kathy and Nicole second you step in you’re welcomed with a very warm and inviting vibe and ends with nothing but smiles. The storage facility is super clean, 10-10 and the staff is very accommodating. If you’re in the market for storage look no further!
