She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding, and she treated me with kindness and respect throughout my visit.
I am very satisfied with her service and truly appreciate her professionalism I highly recommend this Access Storage location to anyone looking for a safe and reliable storage facility.

Came through recently with a friend to rent a storage unit. The manager was amazing. She showed us the unit. Let me know the pros and cons. We went with the ten by ten, let us know communication is always the best. If we want to extend the unit or cancel, or even if we wanted to upgrade. This girl Jen knows her stuff

I was signing up for a new storage space at this location and was well taken care of by Victoria. She gave me a tour of the facility and explained how everything works and got me set up with the right space. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend access storage at this location. And I must say that access Storage is lucky to have someone like Victoria working in the front office. I would highly recommend Access Storage and specifically this location.

🍕🐋🌟: NOW THAT I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION, let me tell you all about Access Storage/Property Management. Not just a storage facility but also a commercial landlord that rents office space right next to access storage.
1. The Property Manager, Dawn, along with the Storage Manager, Chantal, are really good people who do a commendable job and are always there to help when needed.
2. The offices are spacious, comfy, professional, have all the amenities, along with plenty of parking.
3. The building has a small kitchen, a board/meeting room (you can book as needed without additional cost), plenty of washrooms, and wide corridors and a spacious elevator.
4. Location is ideal, 5 minute walk from St. Mary's Hospital along with the commercial core of Kitchener.
5. The rates are reasonable considering the quality and care they put into this operation.
Do not hesitate if you are thinking of renting an office here. It has served us well until now.
