I recently visited Access Storage to store my personal belongings, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the facility. Moving and storing items can often be a stressful and cluttered experience, but this location completely changes that narrative. From the moment you arrive, it is immediately obvious that this is a professionally managed operation.
The first thing that strikes you is the sheer size of the place. The facility is massive, yet incredibly well-organized. The layout is spacious, with wide corridors and loading areas that make maneuvering furniture or large boxes hassle-free. Unlike other cramped storage units I have seen where you feel like you are squeezing through a maze, this facility feels open and accessible. It made the physical act of moving my things in significantly easier than I anticipated.
Security was my top priority, and Access Storage definitely delivers on that front. The facility feels like a fortress in the best possible way. Between the gated access, the surveillance systems, and the general build quality of the units, I walked away feeling completely confident that my belongings were safe. It is clean, well-lit, and clearly maintained with a high attention to detail.
I will admit that the pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to some budget options out there. However, in the world of storage, you really do get what you pay for. If you are looking for the absolute cheapest option, this might not be it. But if you value security, cleanliness, and a stress-free environment for your possessions, the premium price is absolutely justified. It is a great place, and I would highly recommend Access Storage to anyone who wants peace of mind knowing their things are in good hands.

The facility is very clean and well-kept. The fact that this location is all inside and heated is nice if you're moving stuff around in the winter. The staff here are great too.

I had a great experience with the access storage on queen st. Chantel and Victoria were very helpful and very knowledgeable about all things storage related. I rented my unity mand got the complete walk thru and feel i was treated quite fairly with the rates and services that are offered. I highly recommend this clean, safeand centrally located location.

🍕🐋🌟: NOW THAT I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION, let me tell you all about Access Storage/Property Management. Not just a storage facility but also a commercial landlord that rents office space right next to access storage.
1. The Property Manager, Dawn, along with the Storage Manager, Chantal, are really good people who do a commendable job and are always there to help when needed.
2. The offices are spacious, comfy, professional, have all the amenities, along with plenty of parking.
3. The building has a small kitchen, a board/meeting room (you can book as needed without additional cost), plenty of washrooms, and wide corridors and a spacious elevator.
4. Location is ideal, 5 minute walk from St. Mary's Hospital along with the commercial core of Kitchener.
5. The rates are reasonable considering the quality and care they put into this operation.
Do not hesitate if you are thinking of renting an office here. It has served us well until now.

Going to access storage was an amazing experience. The help we got from the employee was none other than great she answered all of our questions showed us around. The experience was amazing I definitely would recommend anyone I know to go to Access storage
