My experience and access to storage was wonderful. Alisha helped us a lot and everything went really smooth. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to use this place and also I got a promotion of first month free so there was a cheery on the cake.

Not just a storage facility but also a commercial landlord that rents office space right next to access storage. 1. The Property Manager, Dawn, along with the Storage Manager, Chantal, are really good people who do a commendable job and are always there to help when needed. 2. The offices are spacious, comfy, professional, have all the amenities, along with plenty of parking. 3. The building has a small kitchen, a board/meeting room (you can book as needed without additional cost), plenty of washrooms, and wide corridors and a spacious elevator. 4. Location is ideal, 5 minute walk from St. Mary's Hospital along with the commercial core of Kitchener. 5. The rates are reasonable considering the quality and care they put into this operation. Do not hesitate if you are thinking of renting an office here. It has served us well until now.

Clean, bright, easily accessed facility with well-maintained units and friendly staff. Rates are comparable to or better than other local storage, and the entire experience was pleasant. If I have needs for storage again, this would be my first stop!
