Douglas truly went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Despite arriving late to our appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, he stayed hours past his shift to ensure we had access to our unit. He took the time to walk us through the introduction process without rushing, even though we knew he was working late just for us. Not just a storage facility but also a commercial landlord that rents office space right next to access storage. 1. The Property Manager, Dawn, along with the Storage Manager, Chantal, are really good people who do a commendable job and are always there to help when needed. 2. The offices are spacious, comfy, professional, have all the amenities, along with plenty of parking. 3. The building has a small kitchen, a board/meeting room (you can book as needed without additional cost), plenty of washrooms, and wide corridors and a spacious elevator. 4. Location is ideal, 5 minute walk from St. Mary's Hospital along with the commercial core of Kitchener. 5. The rates are reasonable considering the quality and care they put into this operation. Do not hesitate if you are thinking of renting an office here. It has served us well until now.

Doug was absolutely fantastic! The level of professionalism and customer service was top notch...there was a bit of a learning curve with the elevator and layout etc, but he was excellent in explaining!
