You cannot fight inflation but Access Storage employee, Douglas did everything in his power to soften the blow of raised rates and even offered a bottle of cold water to hydrate during negotiations. He suggested timely options that encouraged me to liquidate some of my dead storage and relocate the rest. Thank you gentleman Douglas.

Not just a storage facility but also a commercial landlord that rents office space right next to access storage. 1. The Property Manager, Dawn, along with the Storage Manager, Chantal, are really good people who do a commendable job and are always there to help when needed. 2. The offices are spacious, comfy, professional, have all the amenities, along with plenty of parking. 3. The building has a small kitchen, a board/meeting room (you can book as needed without additional cost), plenty of washrooms, and wide corridors and a spacious elevator. 4. Location is ideal, 5 minute walk from St. Mary's Hospital along with the commercial core of Kitchener. 5. The rates are reasonable considering the quality and care they put into this operation. Do not hesitate if you are thinking of renting an office here. It has served us well until now.

Super clean facility. Easy to load my things and I'm lucky to have found a unit close to the loading dock. Customer service is amazing, I had great experiences with everyone I spoke with, which made it such a pleasant experience. Nice staff goes a long way these days and I will be recommending Access Storage from now on. thanks.
