The Property Manager, Dawn, along with the Storage Manager, Chantal, are really good people who do a commendable job and are always there to help when needed. 2. The offices are spacious, comfy, professional, have all the amenities, along with plenty of parking. 3. The building has a small kitchen, a board/meeting room (you can book as needed without additional cost), plenty of washrooms, and wide corridors and a spacious elevator. 4. Location is ideal, 5 minute walk from St. Mary's Hospital along with the commercial core of Kitchener. 5. The rates are reasonable considering the quality and care they put into this operation. Do not hesitate if you are thinking of renting an office here. It has served us well until now.
