Access Storage - Overland

I stored my things after selling the house and after checking several storage locations, this one seemed the cleanest and organized place. Bab and David explained the process because I never rented storage before. Prices were on the same level with others but the place seemed very good. We got a tour of the place during our first visit and given the chance to choose between two units. There was never any problem when we stopped by to pick up something, once you get the code you are free to come and go. Place is really clean and washrooms are clean too. Very happy with my experience.

I originally rented from this location because it had the best rates and was the closest to me. On my move in day, the owner, Bab, was super friendly and greeted me by name. He continued to go above and beyond, consistently providing exceptional customer service throughout my almost year of renting there. I was most impressed that he always knew my name and was always in a great mood. Not only do they have the best rates in town, but also the best customer service! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a storage solution.

Although it is on the pricier side of storage units, I enjoyed the fact that all the units were climate controlled. Especially with our harsh winters. I also noticed mouse traps around the facility for extra protection. My favourite thing about the facility though and the reason I would recommend them is that every morning they do a "walk around" to make sure all the units that were accessed the previous day are firmly secured and I know this for a fact because I have received a phone call telling me that my unit was not.

Excellent team, Bab and David are so easy to work with, they keep the building in great condition and always offer advice and support. Location is great too,
