I really had a wonderful experience with Access Storage, especially because of Nicole. She was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood all the details. Her excellent customer service and welcoming attitude made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. Nicole was truly the best, and we really appreciate all her help. Highly recommend Access Storage, especially for their amazing customer service! If I could give more stars I would definitely give for them.

We used access storage when we moved houses as a lay over for our stuff. It was so great to have easy access almost any time. The storage space was fantastic. We had a large room and it fit so much! This month I wanted to park my boat closer to home so I can work on it closer to home. I called to book a parking spot for a week or 2 and they offered me first 4 weeks free. Incredible!!!! I got so much done on the boat thanks to them.

We rented a 10x10 unit for our extra house stuff/garage gear. The drive-up garage access made moving everything an absolute breeze. The facility is clean and the staff made the rental process fast and straightforward. We appreciate the help and recommend the Alpine location to anyone!

I registered for short term storage between semesters as a student, I would not go anywhere else for storage based on the service and convenience alone. Great pricing and Nicole the manager for the Hayward location was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout, I had a rush to get my stuff in just before 11 on a Friday night, which was made possible the day of, and moving out was extremely smooth. In a world where every phone call to company services is 30 minutes of waiting and bots it was genuinely refreshing.

Nicole at Access Storage is honestly the best customer service representative I have ever met in my life. She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you have absolutely no issues accessing your storage. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way Nicole does. She makes the entire process stress-free and pleasant. Highly Recommend!!
