I compared 3 different storage facilities, and I found Make Space the most convenient for my needs. I was inquiring online about the process to secure a unit and within minutes received a personal phone call from Gisela. I was able to book that day to see/figure out what size of storage unit I would need and with the help of Gisela, narrowed it down to the size I would require. The paperwork was very quick, and Gisela explained the contract and access in and out of the building thoroughly. The promotion they are offering was also an exceptionally good deal. The process of moving-in was super smooth, easy and quick, just like she mentioned! Gisela was very professional and knowledgeable of her job. Make Space is a very clean and accessible storage. I would definitely recommend to anyone. 10 STARS **********

Our family was looking for extra storage space last year. When comparing the prices Make Space Storage prices were very competitive, we selected this one because of the great value and location. We do enter the building often. The common areas are always well kept and clean. Gisela is always friendly and greets you with a warm smile. If you have questions or concerns she is knowledgeable and responds quickly. Always willing to help out.

I have been using the facilities at Make Space in Kitchener for about 5 years. Yhey have always been excellent. The recent installation of the electronic door/gate opening system using a phone App is fantastic! It is easy and dependable, unlike the old waybill punching in your code...holding your breath that it is going to work. We'll done Make Space. I believe customers will appreciate the constant upgrades to the facilities! Thank you.

Really friendly place! My family was there for Customer Appreciation Day. Some of the unit holders were selling things out of their units, kind of like an indoor market! I've never seen something like that at a storage company but it felt more like family than business!

I had a great experience with Make Space Storage in Kitchener. The whole process was super smooth—check-in and check-out were fast, which I appreciated since I had a busy schedule. The facility was really clean, and Gisela, the facility manager, was awesome and super helpful. If you’re looking for a place that’s secure and easy to deal with, I’d definitely recommend Make Space Storage.
