Really friendly place! My family was there for Customer Appreciation Day. Some of the unit holders were selling things out of their units, kind of like an indoor market! I've never seen something like that at a storage company but it felt more like family than business!

I had the pleasure of securing a storage unit for my property from the lovely Gisela. Not only did she offer me a great rate, she provided outstanding customer service and I found her delightful to speak with. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with every last detail of the arrangements and even sent me a map leading me straight to the location of my unit. She should be running things from Parliament Hill but for now you can trust her with your business at Make Space Storage in Kitchener.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best Place, I've never had any problems with my storage unit. The staff are amazing. Especially, Gisela G. From Kitchener, Ontario location. I couldn't be more thankful of her help and patience with me. Very understanding and easy to talk to. She understands me without any hassle or change in her behaviour. Doesn't pass any judgement towards me . Always professional, genuine, and just makes things easier and comfortable to work with. I had a very positive experience storing my things at the Make Space Webster Rd Kitchener location. The containers stored and protected my things very well. Gisela was wonderful! I rented 2 shipping containers for storage and one parking spot. Gisela was very helpful in assisting me on my visits to the site. I was also able to work a few days onsite, organizing and repacking my things, quite easily. I recommend Make Space!

I have had many storage units over the years and was referred to Make Space Storage. The access to the units is easy, they have a ramp for quick unloading as well as a loading dock if you have a large moving truck. Gisela is a pleasure to deal with. She responds quickly with any questions or concerns you have and always try’s to accommodate situations that arise. I cannot see me choosing another storage facility, this place is competitive for pricing, clean, secure and I’m not ever concerned about my belongings. I currently have two units, one to hold business supplies and the other for my personal. I definitely recommend Make Space Storage!
