I had the pleasure of securing a storage unit for my property from the lovely Gisela. Not only did she offer me a great rate, she provided outstanding customer service and I found her delightful to speak with. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with every last detail of the arrangements and even sent me a map leading me straight to the location of my unit. She should be running things from Parliament Hill but for now you can trust her with your business at Make Space Storage in Kitchener.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best Place, I've never had any problems with my storage unit. The staff are amazing. Especially, Gisela G. From Kitchener, Ontario location. I couldn't be more thankful of her help and patience with me. Very understanding and easy to talk to. She understands me without any hassle or change in her behaviour. Doesn't pass any judgement towards me . Always professional, genuine, and just makes things easier and comfortable to work with. We have been a customer at Make Space in Kitchener for 5 years. It has been a clean and safe place to keep our belongings. (No rodents or bugs) The management does their best to accommodate and has creative ideas if you have a budget. 24 hour access is really a plus!

My experience with Make Space Storage has been nothing but excellent. The customer service that I received was the reason I chose Make Space Storage. The lady who helped me on the phone stayed past closing time and waited for me to get there to open an account. The price, location and friendly staff are more than enough reasons to make you stay a happy customer. Dawn H.
